Music legends Three Dog Night scored their first gold record with the 1969 smash hit “One”. Written by genius Harry Nilsson, this soulful tune rose to #5 on the “Billboard” chart. For their efforts, featuring the lush vocals of singers Chuck Negron, Danny Hutton and Cory Wells, the band earned a gold record with this memorable recording. In recognition of his keyboard work, the trio of lead vocalists presented fellow band member Jimmy Greenspoon with this gold record display. Presenting in like-new condition is a 7” 45RPM “One” gold record disc with Dunhill/ABC Records label. Stylishly framed and matted to overall dimensions of 17-1/2 x 17-1/2” in a 1-1/2” deep black metallic shadowbox housing, this rocking piece of original music memorabilia boasts tasteful die-cut marbleized matting and also features a brass provenance plate engraved with “To James Greenspoon from Danny, Cory & Chuck”.
