The winner of a record 82 PGA Tour wins, Sam Snead is “money” in this lot of (101) signed personal checks. Drawn from his account at the Bank of White Sulphur Springs in his native Virginia, each voucher is signed “Samuel J. Snead” on the appropriate line. Executed in blue or black ink (mostly ballpoint), Snead’s endorsements average (“9-10”) strength and clarity throughout. Dating from 1983 to 1991, the checks present nicely with normal cancellation stampings. Great “break” value!
