Description



An early HOF inductee back in 1949, Kid Nichols is described on his plaque as, at that time, "One of few pitchers to win more than 300 games." His signature displays "8" strength, and the 1949-1952 Albertype postcard rates GD due to medium toning and three spots of pushpin wear, including a corner chip. Nichols died in 1953.
