Three men who held or aspired to the office of POTUS are on the auction ballot with this lot of (3) signed items with auction LOA from JSA.

Featured are:

42nd President Bill Clinton signed ("9") International League baseball (EX-MT), considered a fairly tough autograph on this type of item, Clinton baseballs stand in high demand

11/5/19 Alfred Smith (d.1944) as Governor of New York signed ("8-9") military appointment (VG-EX) with deference to staining at bottom left and a small tear at bottom right, otherwise sturdy and appealing with bold printed and written content, Smith ran for president in 1928 against Herbert Hoover, this document is countersigned by Adjutant General Charles W. Berry ("8")

8/10/40 Wendell Wilkie (d.1944) TLS in crisp and clean (NM) condition with deference to two original period folds, signature presents ("8") strength, comes with original envelope postmarked 8/14/40 with 1940 Republican presidential candidate Wilkie's return address printed on the back (EX) with deference to minor soiling and a penciled sketch on the back that does not affect the printed address
