Description



Between 1966 and 1983, the Baltimore Orioles were baseball’s model franchise. With an aggregate 42 Gold Glove Awards, six Cy Young Awards and 14 seasons of 90-plus wins during that span, “The Oriole Way” was a championship recipe that has since been discarded for free agency and billion-dollar bankrolls. As a reminder of World Series titles won based on hard work and fundamentals, these (3) baseballs are autographed by Orioles rosters which reigned supreme in October. Includes:

 

1966 World Champion Baltimore Orioles: a clean and creamy OAL Cronin sphere (grade “9”) signed in blue ballpoint by (26). Signatures average (“7-8”) quality and include: Sweet Spot: Bauer (manager) and Brecheen (coach); North Panel: Snyder, Palmer, Bowens, S. Miller, D. Johnson and Bunker; South Panel: Hunter (coach), Lollar (coach), Aparicio, Brabender, Carreon and Adair; West Panel: Blefary, J. Miller, Blair, Barber and Powell; East Panel: Etchebarren, F. Robinson, Held, Woodling (coach), Hall and B. Robinson; Reverse Sweet Spot: B. Johnson. 

 

1970 World Champion Baltimore Orioles: an absolutely gorgeous clean white OAL Cronin ball (grade “9-10”) signed in ballpoint by (25). Signatures average (“9”) potency and include: Sweet Spot: Weaver (manager) and Hunter (coach); North Panel: Grich, McNally, Hardin, Rettenmund, Lopez and Watt; South Panel: Hall, Blair, Phoebus, Belanger, F. Robinson, Richert and Staller (coach); West Panel: Bamberger (coach), Hendricks, B. Robinson, Palmer and Leonhard; East Panel: Johnson, Powell, Drabowsky, Buford and Frey (coach). 

 

 

1983 World Champion Baltimore Orioles: a clean white OAL MacPhail orb (grade “9-10”) signed by (22) in blue ballpoint (average “9” strength). Includes: Sweet Spot: Altobelli (manager); North Panel: Dwyer, D. Martinez, Welchel, Morogiello, Bumbry and Ayala; South Panel: Nolan, Boddicker, Ripken, Jr. and Rodriguez; West Panel: Miller (coach), Williams (coach), Stoddard, Rowe (coach) and McGregor; East Panel: Dauer, T. Martinez, Singleton, Roenicke and Ramirez; Reverse Sweet Spot: Hendricks (coach).
