Description

From several different arenas, heralded figures have autographed their likenesses in this display lot of (20). Bold signatures average (“8-9”) quality (with many even nicer). Highlights include:

Larry Bird: matted to 24x29”, a limited edition (83/1000) Allen Hackney 1992 lithograph is signed by Bird on the lower white border

Jim Brown: framed to 28-3/8 x 34-3/4”, a limited edition (432/3200) 1984 Gary Thomas “Legend Series #1” lithograph is signed by Brown in fiber tip marker

Rollie Fingers: framed to 18-1/8 x 24-1/4”, a limited edition (299-560) G. Baron lithograph print is signed by Fingers in black marker

Mike Schmidt: framed to 24-5/8 x 30-5/8”, a limited edition (26/750) Mary Lou Allison McGeehan lithograph print is signed by Schmidt in black marker and inscribed “1972-1989”)

Carl Yastrzemski: framed to 20-1/4 x 26-1/4”, a limited edition (26/750) Mary Lou Allison McGeehan lithograph print is signed by Yastrzemski in black marker and inscribed “H.OF 7-23-89

Connie Mack/Ed Barrow: framed to 28x36”, a Connie Mack cut signature is displayed alongside a 1951 check signed by Ed Barrow

Bob Feller: framed to 13-1/4 x 17-1/4”, a limited edition (330/2000) artist’s rendition is signed by Feller in blue marker

Whitey Ford: framed to 13-1/4 x 17-1/4”, a limited edition (330/2000) artist’s rendition is signed by Ford in blue marker

Carl Hubbell: framed to 9-1/4 x 11-1/4”, a photograph of Hubbell with Giants teammate Jim Ripple is signed by Hubbell in blue ink (“5-6” strength)

Jim Kelly: a “Wilson” Official NFL Paul Tagliabue signature model ball signed on a white panel in black marker (ball does not completely inflate, yet displays as though fully inflated)

Greg Norman: a golf ball signed in blue marker (“5” strength)

Duke Snider: April 1960 issue of Sport Magazine; signed on front cover in blue marker  

Jimmy Walker: a Ryder Cup golf ball signed in black marker

1951 Cleveland Indians Pitching Staff: framed to 13-1/4 x 11-1/4”, a 10x8” black-and-white photo is signed by (from left to right): Early Wynn, Bob Lemon, Mike Garcia and Bob Feller
