Description

Simultaneously marking the end of one era and the beginning of another, 1936 World Series combatants Bill Terry and Joe DiMaggio posed for and autographed this photograph. Matted to 13-3/4 x 15-7/8”, the 8x10” black-and-white photo depicts the Hall of Famers in their home attire (perhaps a 1936 World Series publicity photo?). Each has signed his likeness in blue marker. Terry’s scripting projects (“8”) potency, while DiMaggio’s penning shows (“9-10”) quality. Comes with a full photo COA from SGC.
